FAQ's


You’ve come to the place with all the answers for Sleepers Bar & Kitchen, but don’t take the below verbatim.
We’re happy to talk it through, so get in touch with your venue for more information.



 

DO YOU HAVE TO BOOK AT SLEEPERS?

We always welcome walk ins however we do advise booking at busy time to avoid disappointment. If we’re fully booked you can always have a drink at the bar, but we do advise you book in advance for larger parties, click here to see our Terms and Conditions

WILL I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

We require a deposit for all large party bookings (7+ or special occassions). Deposit requirements vary for different types of bookings.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR SLEEPERS?

We celebrate all styles but our dress code is Smart Casual. Please note that we don’t accept fancy dress. Especially hen-do's with the notorious inflatables that we won't speak of...

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ID?

If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you are buying alcohol. 

The following ID will be accepted: Photographic driving licences and passports.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE EVENING?

Guests under the age of 16 are welcome into the venues until 9.00pm

DO YOU HAVE A CHILDREN’S MENU?

Yes, we have delicious menu to satisfy their growing appetites. You can find the childrens menu here

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M RUNNING LATE FOR MY BOOKING?

We’re all for for being fashionably late. If you’re running later than 5-10 minutes, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to hold the table for you. After 15 minutes without hearing from you your table may be given away. Please note, we allocate 2 hours time slots for bookings. If you're running late we may not be able to extend your allocated time.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Dogs are allowed in our venues. As with people, anyone well behaved and pleasant will be welcomed with open paws. Service dogs welcomed throughout the venue

I HAVE ALLERGIES, CAN YOU CATER FOR ME?

Gladly. Our online menus are clearly labelled with Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan however we take allergies and intolerance very seriously so we recommend you call us for further assistants. 

DO YOU SERVE HALAL?

Yes our chicken is halal. 

CAN YOU BOOK A TABLE FOR DRINKS?

Yes, when calling to book, please inform a staff member and they will happily arrange a table if we have space. You are more than welcome to turn up on the day and if we have space we will offer you any free tables available

DO YOU ALLOW HEN/STAG PARTIES?

Of course, we offer group experiences which are great for hen/stag parties. However, we do not accept any hen/stag table confetti, or fancy dress in our venues

DO YOU ALLOW BIRTHDAY DECORATIONS?

Yes we allow you to bring your own cake, if you inform a staff member they will happily arrange to bring it out with candles when free to do so.  We do allow our customers to bring decorations however confetti is banned from our venue as it can stain our tables (and its gets everywhere) 

DOES SLEEPERS HAVE DISABLED ACCESS? 

We do. Our staff are happy to assist if needed. Please feel free to contact us ahead of your visit for any questions
