Established in 2006, Sleepers Bar & Kitchen was one of the first to blaze a trail on Newland Avenue, an area now renowned for its independent bars and restaurants.
Tucked alongside the railway tracks which gives us our name, its the perfect place to visit, day or night, for drinking, dining or just “catching up”
Our varied menu includes a light brunch & lunch, tapas style small plates and delicious mains, not forgetting our “Bottomless Brunch” and “Supper Club” menus, Sunday Roasts and ever changing specials board.
You can expect a wide selection of beers and wines, and indulgent cocktails are also available to suit all occasions from our well stocked bar.

Charities we've worked with
In December 2022 we helped raise £715 for Hull Children's University who are a charity that works with children growing up in disadvantaged areas of Hull and East Yorkshire who may not have the same opportunities as others. Their aim is to light up every path that a child could take and help create dreams for the future. You can find out more about Hull Children's University HERE
In December 2023 we helped raise over £1,500 for Oakwood Dog Rescue, a local business based in Hull, East Yorkshire and specialise in rehoming ex-street dogs from overseas as well as UK dogs. You can find out more about Oakwood Dog Rescue HERE

Deposits will be deducted from the final food bill on the day of your reservation.
If any member of the party fails to attend for whatever reason, we will retain their deposit, unless we have had 24 hours notice. In which case you will get back the deposit for that person. If a pre order is required, we need it back in full at least 24 hours before your reservation. If we haven't received it or it is incomplete, it may have an impact on the waiting time for your food
